Depression
Depression generally refers to a long period (at least two weeks) of persistent low mood, sadness, boredom, hopelessness, fatigue, and reduced interest in previously enjoyable activities. Some people may experience thoughts of self-harm or suicide.

Fortunately, depression is highly treatable, and many people who seek help improve significantly. Our Depression treatment program uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), providing practical skills to manage symptoms, break negative cycles, and help you feel better.

What will I learn in the program?
You’ll learn how to break the cycle of negative thinking, improve your mood, and gradually re-engage with activities you’ve been avoiding.
