Experiencing stressful periods while studying at university or another tertiary institution is normal, particularly when starting a course, juggling commitments, and during exams. However, chronic stress can affect your learning capacity, sleep, mood, and general wellbeing.

This online treatment program will teach you practical strategies for healthy thinking, smart studying, maintaining helpful routines and connections, and tools for coping when stress arises.

Who will find this program helpful?
This program is intended to help late secondary or tertiary students who would like to boost their mental wellbeing and/or reduce their stress levels.
What will I learn in this program?
Over eight modules, you'll learn practical strategies for healthy thinking, smart studying, maintaining helpful routines and connections, and tools for coping when things feel tough. The program addresses the normal periods of stress that occur during student life, especially when starting something new, juggling studies and work, during exams, or when feeling homesick.
How much does the program cost?
This program is free.
What kind of support will I receive?
If your clinician prescribes the program, they can monitor your progress and wellbeing scores, providing support as needed. If you enrol as 'self-help', the program is fully automated, and while technical assistance is available, there is no clinical support.

How long does the program take?
There are eight modules designed to be completed within three months. We recommend one module every 1-2 weeks. However, you can complete the program as quickly or as slowly as you like within the three months.
