Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is pain that lasts longer than three months, which is beyond the healing period of tissue damage. This pain can impact daily activities at home, work, and socially, creating barriers that prevent people from functioning how they would like to, and achieving their goals.

Fortunately, you can learn to reduce the impact of chronic pain on your quality of life. Our treatment program uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), providing practical skills to manage symptoms, break negative cycles, and help you feel better.
