Stress
Stress is a normal and unavoidable part of life. Short-term stress can motivate us to solve a problem or challenge, but prolonged stress can affect your physical and mental health.

Fortunately, there are a number of effective psychological strategies you can use to manage stress. This program uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to teach you practical skills to help you tackle stress and improve the way you feel.
