Generalised Anxiety
Generalised Anxiety involves frequent and excessive worrying about a range of events or activities in daily life. It can also involve irritability, feeling on edge, difficulties with sleep, difficulties tolerating uncertainty and avoiding triggers of worry.

Fortunately, anxiety is highly treatable, and many people who seek help improve significantly. Our Generalised Anxiety treatment program uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), providing practical skills to manage symptoms, break negative cycles, and help you feel better.
