Aussies have faced many ups and downs over the last few years. With more of us looking to take better care of our mental health, the waiting list for professional support is getting longer.
That’s why we’re partnering with Bupa to offer members free access to one online mental health treatment program until 31 August 2025.
There are a range of programs to choose from. Each one offers practical skills and strategies that can help you manage stress, anxiety, and low mood. Best of all, your program can be completed online when it suits you, without the need for a GP referral for most programs.
Research has shown that our online treatments are just as effective as face-to-face therapy, and the good news is you can get started right away:
- Sign up: Create an account with THIS WAY UP, remembering to include your Bupa membership number
- Choose your program: Register for your chosen mental health and wellbeing program by 31 August 2025.
- Get started: Add the promo code BUPAFREE then select ‘Start Program’ to begin.
If you have any questions about your membership or eligibility for this offer, contact Bupa to check your coverage.
Not Sure which program is for you?
Take a Test to Help You Choose a Program
If you’re unsure which program to pick, take our anonymous online test to check how you feel and see which program may be suitable. This test will show you your levels of stress, anxiety, or depression and will make suggestions on what you can do next.
