We recommend choosing the Intro to Mindfulness Course if you are new to mindfulness and would like to learn how to use this practice in your daily life. It is a 4-lesson course which will teach you how to use mindfulness skills to manage normal life stressors and improve your general well-being.
We recommend choosing The Mindfulness-Based CBT Course if you’ve been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, and would like to learn how to use a powerful combination of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioural strategies to tackle your symptoms and improve the way you feel. It is a comprehensive 6-lesson course which will teach you how to use different skills to take care of your mental health.
