Courses for Mixed Anxiety & Depression

If you’ve been experiencing symptoms of both anxiety and depression, the courses below will teach you practical strategies for tackling both conditions. These 6-lesson courses follow the illustrated stories of the same characters, but differ in the strategies they teach.

We recommend choosing The Mixed Depression & Anxiety Course if you have not received Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for your symptoms before. It is a slightly shorter course and will teach you effective CBT strategies for tackling how you feel.

If you’ve previously received CBT for your symptoms and would like to revise your skills and/or are interested in learning about mindfulness, we recommend choosing the Mindfulness-Based CBT Course. This course is slightly longer as it combines the CBT strategies of the Mixed Course with mindfulness skills and meditation training.
